Stela Security Solutions was established to create a security company with an emphasis on the management and individuals being correctly trained for the tasks they do, audited to ensure accountability for tasks across all company functional areas, regular technology reviews to embrace new innovation and a firm understanding, across all company personnel, of the need to recognise and protect the environment and its surroundings.
The company founders, with 25 years Military experience and 25 years Home Office experience, respectively. This combined 50 years, followed by a combined 30 years within the global security industry, allows us to reach out to a large network of highly experienced security operators and trainers. We embrace new projects and welcome the opportunity to consult on any of our existing or new client’s security requirements.

TRAINING
Stela Security Solutions have an enviable insight into the Security Training Business through previous commercial training experience. We recognise that not all training is equal and recruit with that in mind. Any course we run, or individuals we train, can be assured that minimum standards will be surpassed. Our approach to the business is that it starts with good training and finishes with good auditing.
SERVICES
Stela Security Solutions provide a number of core services but are also continually providing bespoke services to our client base as the need arises. Embracing new technology and maintaining a good ethical and environmental work place enables Stela Security Solutions to flex to clients ever changing needs with ease.
AUDITING
Stela Security Solutions regularly audit our own Management and Security Teams. Using our own, trained auditors, we are able to audit to standards required by our clients whether it be a recognised ISO, BS or other Internationally recognised awarding body. This approach enables us to identify any aspect of the clients request that may need a hardened procedure. Training is also audited to recognised standards in accordance with the clients needs and create a wraparound service that starts with training and ends with auditing.
